Keeping with the objective of meeting customer requirements in good time and in their own time zone KLEEV MIDDLE EAST FZE (KME) was established in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai UAE in circa 2019 to serve the Middle Eastern and African market.
KLEEV MIDDLE EAST FZE(KME) is a state-of-the-art Manufacturing, Assembling and Testing facility for Instrumentation Valves & Manifolds, Level Gauges and Switches, RTD’s and Thermocouples.
KME also provides Solar Power System Integration, Assembly and Testing facilities on a turnkey basis. Solar power system offers both off grid and on grid solutions to typical Oil and Gas installations. KME is equipped to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) which can be offered for customer or his nominated third-party inspection / witness.
KME also has an integrated modern Sheet Metal Fabrication unit incorporating automatic Laser cutting machine, CNC bending & Shearing facilities etc. This caters to various industries requirement of their enclosures and panels.
KME facility is fully equipped for Inspection and testing of industrial valves Such as BALL, GATE, GLOBE, CHECK, BUTTERFLY and STRAINER Tests typically include Hydro Body and Seat, low pressure Air Seat, high pressure air seat as per API 598 and also helium leakage test.
In addition, KME offers repair & overhaul of industrial valve from sizes 1” to 24”, Class from 150# to 2500# following standards of API 6D for Ball Valves. API 600 for Gate Valves, BS 1873 for Globe Valves, Swing Check Valve as per API 6D and BS 1868, API 609 for Butterfly Valves, API 602 for Forged Steel Valves. Besides cryogenic type test as per BS 6364 against TPI requirement.
